Shipping Policy

At Artspire Gallery, each artwork is made to order with care. Please allow time for both production and delivery when placing your order.

Made to Order

Each artwork is made to order and prepared by our Melbourne-based team.

Please allow 10–12 business days for prints and 14–16 business days for hand-painted artworks before dispatch.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Time within Australia

Once your artwork has been dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery to regional, rural, or remote areas may take a little longer depending on the courier network and delivery location.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping to most Australian metro areas.

Shipping costs for regional, remote, or oversized deliveries may be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team before dispatch.

Order Updates & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

For orders with multiple artworks or items, your order may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete street address at checkout. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a delivery notice or provide further instructions.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to peak seasons, public holidays, adverse weather, courier network issues, or remote delivery locations.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:

• the outer packaging

• the damaged area

• the full artwork

• the shipping label, if visible

This helps us assess the issue promptly and arrange the best solution for you.

Business Days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and Australian public holidays.
