    Most items are dispatched within 10-12 business days (12 - 14 business days while hand-painted) after full payment is received. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified of the shipment details via registered email, please check your junk mail as well.

    Standard delivery service includes delivery to Ground Level only. We do not deliver upstairs to apartments or into your home.

    Our operations are based in Melbourne, with our factory and warehouse located in south yarra. This is where we manufacture, pack, and dispatch all orders for shipment.

    We take great care in packing your order securely. While our damage rate is extremely low, occasional issues may occur during transit.
